1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DealZap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

DealZap is a subscription-based platform that provides access to time-limited deals from local vendors. A paid subscription is required to claim deals. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Deal Claims & Redemptions

Deals are subject to availability and vendor terms. Each deal may be claimed once per account. Claimed deals (zaps) must be redeemed directly with the vendor within the stated expiry period. DealZap is not responsible for vendor failure to honour a deal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the platform, create multiple accounts to circumvent deal limits, or attempt to fraudulently redeem deals. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

DealZap provides access to deals as a service and is not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of a deal or a vendor's failure to provide the advertised offer.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

DealZap.gg (“DealZap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the platform available at www.dealzap.gg. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.

5. Marketing & Analytics Tools

To help us understand how people discover and use DealZap, and to reach potential users with relevant advertising, we may use third-party marketing and analytics tools. These may include:

• Facebook Pixel – tracks visits to our site so we can measure the effectiveness of our ads and show relevant adverts to people on Facebook and Instagram.
• Google Analytics / Ads – helps us understand site traffic and may be used to run targeted advertising campaigns.
• Other advertising platforms – we may use similar tools on other ad networks from time to time.

These tools may set cookies or collect information about your device and browsing behaviour. They operate under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings, your device's ad preferences, or tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, we may send you deal alerts and promotional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. Message and data rates may apply.
