DealZap.gg (“DealZap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Khonsu Consulting Limited, based in Guernsey, and is available at www.dealzap.gg. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information – your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Payment information – billing details collected and processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data – pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform to help us improve the service.

• Photos – if you zap a deal where DealZap is the vendor, we may collect a photo of you for marketing purposes, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the DealZap platform.
• Process payments and send receipts or billing notices.
• Send you service-related emails and, where you have opted in, promotional updates via email.
• Respond to your support requests and questions.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Regardless of your marketing opt-in status, we may still need to send you transactional emails — things like billing notices, account or security updates, and other important service information. These are not marketing and you can’t opt out of them while you have an active account, as they’re necessary for us to run the service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, ever.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify:

• Email delivery provider
• Payment processor
• Hosting & infrastructure
• Analytics tools

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Some of the providers and tools we use may process data outside Guernsey. Where this happens, we expect those providers to have appropriate safeguards in place to protect your information.

5. Marketing & Analytics Tools

To help us understand how people discover and use DealZap, and to reach potential users with relevant advertising, we may use third-party marketing and analytics tools. These may include:

• Facebook Pixel – tracks visits to our site so we can measure the effectiveness of our ads and show relevant adverts to people on Facebook and Instagram.
• Google Analytics / Ads – helps us understand site traffic and may be used to run targeted advertising campaigns.
• Other advertising platforms – we may use similar tools on other ad networks from time to time.

These tools may set cookies or collect information about your device and browsing behaviour. They operate under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings, your device's ad preferences, or tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
